1660 Ringling is an exciting redevelopment opportunity by Sarasota-based Benderson Development.

This adaptive reuse project, to be located within the expanded Sarasota County administrative property, will transform a functionally obsolete building into a beautiful, first-class mixed-use campus. The current building’s dated façade will be replaced with a more modern aesthetic that speaks to the quality of architecture that defines the surrounding community. The existing parking lots will be reimagined into a collection of uses that will enhance the neighborhood.
